Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College is a full-time ordinary institution of higher learning organized by Liuzhou Municipal People's Government. It is located in Liuzhou, an industrial center in the southwest of China. It is the first batch of full-time comprehensive higher vocational colleges approved by 1998.

Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College is one of the national demonstrative higher vocational colleges and one of the first demonstrative higher vocational colleges in Guangxi. The school is organized by Liuzhou Municipal People's Government and jointly managed by all districts and cities.
