Handan, a prefecture-level city in Hebei Province, is the central city in the south of Hebei Province in China approved by the State Council [1]. As of 20 19, the whole city has six districts, 1/county,1county-level city, with a total area of 12073.8 square kilometers and a permanent population of 9,549,700, including 5,553,600 urban residents, with urbanization rate.
Handan is a famous national historical and cultural city with a history of 3 100 years, which gave birth to the early Neolithic magnetic mountain culture 8,000 years ago. During the Warring States Period, Handan was the capital of Zhao, and Wei County was the capital of Wei. The Han Dynasty, together with Luoyang, Linzi, Nanyang and Chengdu, is called the "five capitals". Linzhang County was once the capital of Cao Wei, Wei Ran, Yan Qian, Eastern Wei and Northern Qi. In the Northern Song Dynasty, Daming House became the capital of the Northern Song Dynasty; In the Qing Dynasty, Daming House was the first capital of Zhili Province.
