Materials:
500g long beans, 1 egg, a little flour, a little salt and a little pepper noodles.
Dry fried beans:
Wash the long beans and cut them into 3-4cm pieces for later use.
Take a bowl, add eggs, flour and salt and pepper noodles in turn and mix well.
Add beans and stir until they are completely attached to the mixed egg flour.
Put oil in the pot, stir-fry the beans when the oil is hot, and then take them out from the white to yellow state.
