Get up at about four o'clock every morning, go to the main hall for morning class after washing, and then have breakfast. Practice during the day includes chanting, listening to the scriptures, learning precepts, going uphill, repenting, attending dharma meetings, managing temple affairs, performing their duties and so on. At about 6 pm, I have evening self-study. Turn off the lights and go to bed at 9 pm.
