Chinese fat beef rolls
Production time: less than 10 minute.
Ingredients: flower rolls, five or six pieces of fat beef for hot pot, a quarter of shredded onion, soy sauce and sugar. What needs to be thawed one night in advance is: fat beef slices; Cut the onion one night in advance and put it in the refrigerator.
The rolls are steamed in a steamer first (of course, the rolls are Chinese, mainly for the convenience of making hamburger blanks). Heat a pot on another stove, add a little oil and add onions. Stir-fry until basic, add beef slices and push aside. When the beef is slightly discolored, season it with cooking wine, soy sauce and a little sugar and stir-fry it a few times. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes.
Cut the steamed flower roll horizontally from the upper part of the middle. Don't cut it, just put the beef in it.
