The practice of western pumpkin soup:
1. Raw materials for making western-style pumpkin soup:
Pumpkin 800g, 2 onions, toast, 1500mg water, basil, salt, pepper and 2 teaspoons olive oil.
Two methods of pumpkin soup:
1. Chop onion and basil separately, then fry them in olive oil for later use.
2. Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and fibers, leave the seeds, cut the pumpkin into cubes and soak it in water for later use.
3. Stir-fry pumpkin seeds with slow fire.
4. Dice the toast and put it in the oven to dry.
