There are so many ways to make noodles that I probably haven't finished them all my life. But the best is the following eight ways of noodles.
First, squeeze the sauce noodles
Ingredients: handmade noodles, pork belly.

Second, oil sprinkled noodles
Ingredients: lasagna
Accessories: proper amount of oil, one Chinese cabbage, one bean sprout, three shallots, two small red peppers and one spoonful of minced meat.
Practice: 1, chop the shallots and cut the baby cabbage into pieces of appropriate size. Bean seedlings should be stripped of fibrous roots, washed and drained. 2. Add water to the pot. After the fire is boiled, add a spoonful of salt, then add fresh noodles and cook until 78% is ripe, that is, cook until there is a little white core in the noodles. Third, Dandan Noodles
Ingredients: noodles, pork stuffing.

Practice: 1. Pour oil into the pan, saute shallots and minced garlic, and stir-fry minced meat evenly. 2. Cook cooking wine and add soy sauce.
