Ovens generally cannot adjust the temperature automatically. The temperature regulator of the oven is an automatic switch. 150℃ - crispy horns, cakes
200℃ - bread, fried dumplings, peanuts, pancakes

12-15 minutes - bread, pancakes, ribs
15-20 minutes - various shortbreads, roasted peanuts

30-35 minutes - braised fish, roasted pork ribs
