We cut the chicken breast horizontally in the middle and cook it in cold water until it is half cooked. With the help of a fork, it's easier to shred chicken breast. Add a spoonful of olive oil, tomato sauce, black pepper and salt to the chicken breast, stir well, bake in the oven 180 degrees for about 10 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 20 minutes. At this point, the moisture in the chicken breast has been completely dried. After cooling, sprinkle with Chili powder and cumin powder, and delicious healthy snacks will be ready.
Third, cold shredded chicken
Cut the chicken breast in half and put it in a pot with cold water. Add ginger slices and cooking wine to the pot. After boiling, cook for about 10 minutes. After the chicken breast is basically cooked, tear it into filaments along the lines. Add minced garlic, chopped green onion, Chili noodles and sesame seeds to the chicken breast, heat the oil in the pot, pour it directly on it, finally add soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, salt and sugar, stir well, and finally sprinkle a handful of coriander, and the delicious cold shredded chicken is ready.
