Ingredients: pork belly 3g, medium gluten flour 5g, 3 shallots, 1 bamboo shoot, 1 section of ginger, 1 ball of dried plum, 1/4 teaspoon of improver, 2 teaspoons of yeast, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 3g of sugar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1/4 teaspoon of medium gluten flour.
materials: 5g of medium gluten flour, 3g of pork belly, 1 bamboo shoot, 1 ball of dried plum, 1 section of ginger and 3 shallots.
seasoning: 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1/4 teaspoon improver, 3g sugar and 2 teaspoons yeast.
Method: 1. Mix the medium-gluten flour with sugar, yeast powder, improver, water and knead it into smooth dough for later use.
2 stir-fry the pork until the oil is golden yellow.
3 add onion and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, add dried prunes, sugar, soy sauce and diced bamboo shoots, and boil in water for about 1 hour to make stuffing.
4. Take a proper amount of dough, stick it into dough, wrap it in stuffing and knead it into buns.
5 ferment in a steamer for about 3 minutes, and steam over high fire for about 15-2 minutes.
