Heat the oil in the pan, add the wax gourd pieces, stir-fry a few times, stir-fry the wax gourd pieces until the surface is slightly burnt, add the chopped green onion, stir-fry until fragrant, pour in the prepared sauce, stir-fry evenly, turn on high fire to collect the juice, and then put the soup away and put it on a plate.
Steamed melon with minced lemon meat
Cut the pork into minced meat, then put the minced meat into a bowl, add starch, salt, thirteen spices and monosodium glutamate, pour in a little soy sauce, oyster sauce and cooking wine, and stir well for later use.
Rub the lemon in salt water for a few times, soak it for a while, then clean it, cut it in half, cut half into thin slices, and set aside another slice.
Peel the melon, cut it into thin slices, then put the melon slices on the plate, then put the meat in, then squeeze some lemon juice and put some lemon slices on it.

Coriander, fungus and winter melon soup
Soak the fungus in water, then pick the stem of the fungus and tear it into small flowers. Peel and slice wax gourd, and cut coriander into sections.
Pour water into the pot, add wax gourd and auricularia auricula, simmer for 10 minute, sprinkle some salt to taste, cook for another 5 minutes, and finally add coriander segments and cook for 1 minute.
