2. Prepare onion and ginger, cut into pieces for later use. Ginger can be a little more, and dried mushrooms are soaked in warm water in advance.
3. Cold water Put the chopped duck into the pot, put two pieces of ginger and cook wine. After the water is boiled, continue to boil for 2 minutes, remember to skim the floating foam halfway.
Blanch the good duck and put it on a plate for later use.
5. Pour black sesame oil into the pot (friends without black sesame oil can directly use ordinary cooking oil). After the oil is hot, we add the duck and stir fry 1 minute or so.
6. Add green onions, ginger, star anise, fragrant leaves and dried peppers, and continue to stir fry for fragrance.
7. After frying, start seasoning, add three spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of soy sauce, one spoonful of oil consumption, one spoonful of salt and a small amount of sugar to taste, and stir-fry until it tastes good.
8. Prepare a casserole, transfer the duck meat to the casserole, pour 2 bottles of beer along the edge, and finally sprinkle with our dried mushrooms.
9。 Now here comes our highlight. The sand has been burning for a long time, and it is already very hot. Let's dig lower in the middle and put the casserole in the sand first. You can put two sweet potatoes next to it. The sand is not enough to cover it. But it doesn't matter, because this duck needs to be cooked slowly, which takes about an hour and a half. Remember to turn it over halfway.
