How to stew meat with strawberry jam?

Blanch the pork belly in cold water. Cold water must be put in the pork belly to force out more bad fat in the pork belly.

After blanching, quick supercooling can make the meat firmer.

The second blanching can make the pork belly fat but not greasy. In this step, add two cloves of garlic and a spoonful of ginger juice to remove the fishy smell.
