4-6 veal steaks (press bones, see step 1)
Red wine is cheap.
Olive oil and regular oil are also acceptable.
Garlic is a big one (if you don't want to waste it, you can use about 6 small ones)
salt
Chicken soup (or chicken soup material)
A spoonful of ketchup
Black pepper powder
The container can be directly heated and put into the oven, and has a certain height.
Aluminum foil can cover a little more around the container.
verdant
Semi-fat lean meat only needs an enhanced version, a small amount.
Mushrooms only need an enhanced version, a small amount.
Step 1 Cut the steak from the bone seam. Sprinkle with salt.
The second step is to cook some chicken soup for later use.
The third step is to put it in an oven container, pour some olive oil, heat it, and add beef tendon. Turn brown and turn over. Tip: move with a clip to avoid sticking to the pot.
Step 4 Try to make the meat half-cooked and discolored, and the picture needs a little heat. Tips: There are too many pictures, don't learn from me! !
Take a garlic and cut it in half in the middle.
Step 6: Add garlic, add a spoonful of tomato sauce and pour a layer of red wine.
Step 7: Cook for a while until the meat turns black. Sprinkle some black pepper. Pour the spare chicken soup until it is half or slightly higher than the meat.
Step 8: Cover with aluminum foil and fold the edges. Put in the oven, 170- 180 degrees Fahrenheit (not up to boiling water temperature), 2.5 hours. Bake slowly, slowly ... slowly ...
The ninth step is here, clip it out, put it on a plate, pour the remaining juice on it, sprinkle with onions and eat! ! ! !
Step 10 This is an enhanced version, which is even better! ! ! 10 Minutes before coming out of the oven, cut the mushrooms in half, cut the pork belly into small pieces (preferably a piece of meat, the upper part is fat and the lower part is thin), directly and simply stir-fry, sprinkle these with onions. I can hardly see the steak in the picture, because it is a little thin. I didn't buy thick steak, and I fried too many mushrooms and pork.
