Special attention should be paid to:
The parking assistance system cannot detect that children, pedestrians, cyclists, animals or objects are too low under the bumper, or too close or too far away from the vehicle. When the vehicle speed is higher than 8km/h, the parking assist system is not available. The driver must take full responsibility for the parking process. In order to prevent injury, death or vehicle damage, check the area around the vehicle and all rearview mirrors before driving forward or reversing, even with parking assistance.
The parking aid display screen of the vehicle instrument cluster (if equipped) has a bar chart showing the "distance from the object" and the object position information of the rear parking aid system. In some vehicles, it is also used for the front parking aid system. As the object gets closer and closer, more and more light bars light up, the color of the light bars changes from yellow to amber and then to red, and the frequency of alarm sounds is getting faster and faster.
When something is very close, the front or rear of the vehicle will give out a continuous alarm to remind the driver that he must stop. Obstacles with a short distance may not be detected again when approaching the vehicle if they have been detected before.
