2. Cut the tender tofu into small pieces, and cut the onion and coriander into fine powder.
3. Take a pot of chicken soup and tofu made by method 2, boil it over medium heat, stew it over low heat for 2 minutes until it tastes good, and then add fresh clams, salt and chicken powder made by method 1 to taste.
4. Sprinkle chopped green onion and coriander in method 3 on the plate, and then drizzle with hot sesame oil.
