First of all, the vegetables we consider are often eaten, but they don't occupy much land area, so these vegetables are more suitable for planting.
Here are some vegetables suitable for planting in rural courtyards:
verdant
Onions are perennial plants, and chopped green onion is the seasoning we need almost every day. For example, making soup, making jiaozi, making chopped green onion cakes, making salted vegetables and so on. Adding chopped green onion to taste, the dishes will be more fragrant and appetizing. Onions like to grow in loose, fertile and permeable soil. Onions are drought-tolerant, but not waterlogged. When we plant in the yard, we must take good drainage measures and water it from time to time when it is dry.
Garlic stalk
Garlic seedlings, also known as green garlic, are more suitable for planting in rural yards and can be planted on the balconies of many people in cities. Garlic seedlings are the seedlings that we planted when the garlic seedlings developed to a certain stage, so the use of garlic seedlings is very extensive. Cooking, hot pot, stir-frying and other delicacies are almost indispensable. After the garlic seedlings grow to a certain stage, remove the seedlings and continue topdressing at the same time. In the later stage, the garlic seedlings will grow again and can be eaten many times, which is convenient and fast and does not occupy too much land area.
coriander
Coriander is what we call coriander. Its leaves are small and tender, and its stems are thinner. Coriander has a particularly fragrant taste. It is a condiment in various soups and drinks. Coriander is suitable for growing at 18 ~ 50℃, but it will grow slowly if the temperature is too high. However, coriander does not have high requirements on soil, so long as it is fertile enough and has good water retention, it can grow. Before sowing, the soil should be evenly spread on the soil, and finally covered with a thin layer of fine soil.
In addition to the above three vegetables, they are more suitable for planting in the yard. Others, such as Chinese cabbage seedlings, radishes and sweet potatoes, can be planted, which has low requirements on soil and environment, especially sweet potatoes. As long as the soil fertility is guaranteed and watering management is done well, you can get a bumper harvest, eat red leaves and eat sweet potatoes in autumn.
