The main ingredient is old chicken and a half.
Accessories: chestnut 200g, peanut 150g, jujube 1 1, 4 shallots, ginger 1.
Seasoning wine 1 tablespoon, salt 3g.
The old chicken asked the shopkeeper to help cut off the head and tail, tear off the neck lymph and cut it into pieces. When you come back, soak in clear water for 20 minutes, rub and change water twice. Put cold water into the pot, add shallots, ginger slices and cooking wine into the water, cook for 5 minutes, take out, and rinse off the floating foam with warm water.
2 Soak peanuts in water, soak red dates in water, slice ginger, wash and tie shallots.
③ Boil the wok with clear water, add a little salt, put it in peanut fire for 5 minutes, remove and drain.
