2. Add soy sauce, salt and sugar and marinate for 20 minutes.
3. Cut the colored pepper into small pieces and slice the ginger for later use.
4. Pour some oil into the pan and stir-fry the colored pepper until it is half cooked.
5. Stir-fry ginger slices, chicken gizzards and Chili sauce in another pot. Add some cooking wine
6. Pour in the colored peppers and stir fry together. Add oyster sauce and stir well.
