1. Unpack the chilled king crab and wash it.
2. Lift the crab cover, remove the crab lungs (gilllike wadding), remove the crab legs one by one, and cut the crab body into four pieces.
3. Add water to the pot, add ginger slices, put the divided king crab pieces on the steamer, and steam for 5 minutes after the water is boiled.
4. Jiang Mo is blended with light soy sauce, white rice vinegar and sesame oil to form "three-in-one oil". Steamed crab pieces are dipped in juice to eat.
