Cheese Baked Lobster Noodles
Practice:
1.1-2 500g lobsters, just buy the cold chain delivery. Wash and remove the head, cut in half and then cut into large pieces and set aside. Half an onion cut into pieces, portobello mushrooms cut in half, Hong Kong-style noodles and broccoli were put into boiling water with 1 tablespoon of salt, cook for about three minutes, served and set aside.
2. Melt 20g of butter in a saucepan until it bubbles, then add the onion.
3. When the onions are fragrant, add the lobster and portobello mushrooms and stir-fry until the shells turn red.
4. Add 80g of light cream, add water to cover the lobster halfway, open the lid and bring to a boil, add a pinch of chopped dried basil, white pepper and 1 tablespoon of salt to taste.
5. Pour in a small bowl of water starch (1:1 water and starch) to thicken the sauce, then pour it into a bowl lined with noodles.
6. Sprinkle 80g mozzarella cheese on the surface, put it into the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius, bake it for 10 minutes, remove it, arrange cooked broccoli around it, and the Cheese Baked Lobster Pasta is finished!
