Ingredients
500g coriander, 10 dried red peppers
50g salt, appropriate amount of Sichuan peppercorns
Adequate amount of cooking oil, appropriate amount of white sesame seeds
How to make Northeastern pickled coriander
1. Clean the coriander and cut the thicker ones in half along the root
2. Sprinkle in salt. Knead well and refrigerate overnight
3. Pour out all the water and squeeze out the coriander
4. Cut into large sections and put them into pots
5. Add edible oil to the pot, fry the peppercorns until they are fragrant, and remove the peppercorns
