Wugang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government are committed to building the brand of Wugang pot-stewed vegetables and realizing industrialization, collectivization and large-scale production. At present, there are five large-scale halogen products processing enterprises in the city, such as Huabao Food and Fuyuan Halogen Vegetable, with an annual production capacity of 3,000 tons and an annual output value of 200 million yuan.
This year, Wugang will take the title of "China City of Braised Vegetables" as an opportunity to plan a series of activities of "Braised Vegetables Culture Festival" and vigorously promote the brand of Braised Vegetables in Wugang. In terms of policy, capital, manpower and material resources, we will focus on the marinated vegetable industry, complete the declaration of origin, patent declaration and industry standards of Wugang marinated vegetable, and gradually expand and strengthen the marinated vegetable industry. At the same time, China Braised Potherb Research Center will be set up in Wugang to optimize and adjust the types and nutritional ratio of Braised Potherb. Set up a marketing center for marinated vegetables, form a strategic partnership with China Food Import and Export Corporation, and explore overseas markets together, so that Wugang can truly go to the world by taking the express train of "the city of marinated vegetables in China".
