Brief introduction
White Peony belongs to the white tea among the six tea categories. It is made from one bud and one leaf or one bud and two leaves, with silver-colored white hair buds in the green leaves, resembling a flower, and the green leaves hold the young buds after brewing, hence the name White Peony.
Quality Characteristics
The dry tea is gray-green in color with silver-white hair buds. After brewing, the soup color is orange-yellow and clear, the aroma is fresh and pure, the fragrance of hair is obvious, and the taste is fresh, mellow and sweet.
