Precautions for pregnant women to eat crayfish
1. The crayfish is cold. Generally, spicy seasoning will be added to drive away the cold during production, so the taste is often heavy, and expectant mothers are prone to get angry. Therefore, expectant mothers should eat crayfish in moderation and drink some cool and healthy drinks after eating to avoid getting angry.
Lobster may contain some parasites. If cooked improperly, the parasite eggs can't be killed, which may lead to parasite infection for pregnant women and affect the normal development of the fetus. So crayfish should be cooked, because only cooked can kill parasites.
3. The crayfish in the roadside stalls are not so sanitary. If you want to eat, please go to a regular restaurant to eat crayfish, which is more hygienic and safe, or cook it yourself at home.
