Chicken Pot
1. First, add a little water to the seasonings, mix them and mix them evenly.
2. Wash the chicken, chop it into pieces, and then mix it with the pickling seasoning and a small amount of water. Put the chicken inside and marinate it.
3. Prepare the vegetables, cut the carrots into diamond shapes, cut the green and red peppers into diamond-shaped slices, cut the coriander into sections, prepare the garlic, then simmer the pot, spread the onions on the bottom, and add half of it.
4. Heat the pot, pour in oil, then add garlic cloves and stir-fry ginger slices until fragrant.
5. Then add the chicken and stir-fry until the chicken changes color.
6. Spread onion shreds on the bottom of the casserole. This not only improves the flavor, but also prevents the pot from burning.
7. Add the marinated chicken, pour in Huadiao wine, and pour in light soy sauce.
8. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 20 to 30 minutes. After simmering, add the prepared vegetables into it, stir evenly, heat for 1-2 minutes and then turn off the heat.
9. Then cover the lid and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. It is ready to serve.
