Production method:
1, cut beef into pieces, wash it together with beef tongue, beef heart, beef scalp and beef tripe, marinate it with spices, salt, pepper noodles and other seasonings, first boil it with strong fire, then switch to low fire, marinate it until the meat is raked but not rotten, then take it out to dry and cut it into large slices for later use;
