Ingredients
1/4 kohlrabi, 2 corianders, 1 tsp salt, some minced garlic, 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tsp black vinegar, 2 tsp sugar< /p>
Method
Peel and slice the kohlrabi into thin strips
Soak in salt water to remove the fishy smell
Minced garlic, sugar, black vinegar , sesame oil and mix well, coriander enhances the flavor
