Shrimp, a handful of dried scallops
Shrimp and mushrooms
Minced pork
Ham (baby insisted)
Step 1Squid soaked overnight, cut into strips
Step 2Shrimp and mushrooms soaked a day in advance. Cut into strips and sauté in a frying pan, adding salt for flavor.
Step 3Except for the prawns, all the ingredients are thrown into the pot, pressure cooker, high heat first boil, then cook for two or three minutes more, then medium heat for four or five minutes more.
Step 4After the gas dissipates, add the prawns and season with oil and salt.
