Chicken gizzards, garlic moss, ginger, red pepper (pickled pepper can be used), salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, chicken essence and pepper.

1. Slice chicken gizzards, add a few slices of ginger, salt, cooking wine and soy sauce, and mix well for later use.
2. Cut the garlic moss into small pieces and soak the ginger and pepper slices.
3. Pour the oil into the wok and bring to a boil.
4. After the oil pan is boiled, quickly stir-fry the chicken gizzards until they are completely discolored.
5. Pour oil into the wok, add ginger and pepper and stir fry for about half a minute, then pour garlic moss and stir fry together.
6. Before the garlic moss is cooked, pour in the just-fried chicken gizzard, stir-fry over high heat, add salt, chicken essence and pepper, and stir well.
