The method is as follows:
1. Prepare a basin and add flour, yeast, baking powder, salt and sugar.
2. Slowly pour 30°C warm water and stir with chopsticks to form a fluffy consistency.
3. Knead it into a smooth dough that does not stick to your hands. The noodles must be kneaded very soft, otherwise the noodles will taste bad if they are kneaded hard.
4. Place the mixed dough in a warm place to ferment until it doubles in size, and spread it into a honeycomb shape.
5. Divide the mixed dough into small pieces, sprinkle a little flour on the board, and roll it into a round shape with a rolling pin.
6. Pour rapeseed oil into a hot pan. When the oil is 70% hot, add it. The dough is very soft and can be stretched appropriately, making it easier to puff up. Fry until both sides are golden. Take out and drain the oil and it's ready to eat.
