What's your favorite Chinese food?
I will share my favorite Chinese food, which is authentic Chinese mainland food, not Indonesian native Chinese food.

Since China is a very big country, I will mention my favorite China food from eight regions:

Dim Sum (Dim Sum), Guangzhou and Hongkong, South of China.

Literally, it's a delicacy in the south of China, which means drinking tea. Therefore, the amount of dim sum is very small. Jiaozi, hakau, chicken feet, eight treasures, steamed bread, spring rolls, steamed buns, barbecued pork and other delicacies are well known all over the world.

Fish balls (fish balls), Fuzhou, southeast China.

This Fujian fish ball tastes simple but full of flavor. It is often used to make various stews and soups.

Sweet and sour carp (sweet and sour sauce), Jinan, eastern China.

Fried carp, served whole, cut diagonally, served with sweet and sour juice mixed with sugar/honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and clove.

Beijing Roast Duck (Beijing Roast Duck), Beijing, Northeast China.

Beijing Roast Duck is a kind of roast duck which originated from Beijing, the capital of China. Beijing roast duck is roasted, and then the duck skin and meat are separated by a pump. Duck skin eats garlic juice and meat with spring roll-like watch is called Chūn bǐng. Beijing roast duck is usually served with seafood sauce.

Dandanmian (Dandan Noodles), Sichuan, central China

This is a typical spicy Sichuan fried noodles, which is made of noodles, minced meat and vegetables. This kind of noodles is very spicy, because it adds typical Sichuan pepper.

Beef Lamian (Lamian Noodles)-Lanzhou, northwest of China

Beef Lamian Noodles originated in Lanzhou, northwest of China, and this noodle is a traditional food of Hui Muslims in China. Lamian Noodles beef is Lamian Noodles (the origin of Japanese Lamian Noodles and Korean Lamian Noodles). Lamian Noodles is made of wheat pulled by hand. Lanzhou Lamian Noodles contains beef, vegetables and Chili oil.

Dapanji (saute spicy chicken), Urumqi, western China.

This dish is made of chicken, pepper, potato, onion, cumin and ginger. Because it borders Central Asia, this dish can be said to be the junction of Chinese food and Turkish food.
