Roasted cabbage with meat sauce
〖Method〗 Prepare the ingredients. It is best to use Chinese cabbage to make this roasted cabbage because it is easy to work with. Cut the tenderloin into pieces, marinate with 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, and marinate for 10 minutes. Add minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, 5 tablespoons of salad oil, 1 teaspoon of chili oil, a little Sichuan pepper oil, and 1 light soy sauce to the remaining barbecue sauce. tsp. mix well to make a dipping sauce.
Step 2: Cut the cabbage into sections, then cut it into 2 pieces, tear them flat with your hands, and brush with a layer of dipping sauce.
