2 duck legs 250g ginger
6 garlic 6 red bell peppers
1 tablespoon of cooking wine 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of white vinegar half a tablespoon of oyster sauce

Step by step of stir-frying duck with ginger
1. Duck legs chopped into small pieces, soaked in advance to remove blood, drained and spare. Thinly slice the ginger, chop the red bell pepper and garlic
2.? Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, add the duck pieces, stir-fry until the water is dry and the oil comes out
