Ingredients: chicken leg, ginger and garlic, green and red pepper.
Exercise:
1, boneless chicken leg, cut into small pieces, put in a bowl, add a little salt, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp starch, and marinate evenly for 30 minutes.
2. Add ginger and garlic to the hot oil in the pot and saute. Pour in the chicken legs and stir fry until both sides are slightly yellow.
