Method of Preparation:
Steps 1: Start by shredding all of your ingredients! Shredded.
Step 2, put two ginger slices in the shredded meat, add 1 tbsp of cooking wine, 1 tbsp of consumed oil, 1 tbsp of oil, 1 tbsp of cornstarch, 1 tsp of salt, and marinate for a few moments by scratching well.
Step 3, then mix the fish sauce: 4 spoons of balsamic vinegar, 3 spoons of sugar, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of starch, mix well.
Step 4: Heat the oil, add the shredded pork and stir-fry until browned.
Step 5: Add 1 tbsp bean paste and stir-fry well.
Step 6: Add shredded carrot, fungus, green pepper and dried chili pepper and stir-fry for a few seconds.
Step 7: Pour in the fish sauce and stir-fry well.
Step 8: Add small green onion before serving.
