Braised fish roe practice
1. fish roe with water rinse control dry, red and yellow pepper diced, onion, ginger and garlic chopped
2. pan heat, pot of oil

9. Add boiling water
10. Boil over high heat
11. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes with the lid on
12. Add salt and pepper to taste
13. Add sugar to reduce the juice over high heat, and thicken the sauce with water starch to make a thin gravy
