Pork ribs and winter bamboo shoots soup
Ingredients: winter bamboo shoots, pork chops, salt and a little chicken essence.

Practice 1. Materials: 300g of soup bone, loofah 1 root, 200g of winter bamboo shoots, proper amount of salt and proper amount of chicken essence.

Fresh mushrooms and winter bamboo shoots
Ingredients: fresh winter bamboo shoots 400g, Pleurotus ostreatus 50g, shallots 1 tree, ginger 1 small pieces, proper amount of starch, 30g of cooking oil, 2 tablespoons of broth, 0.5 tsp of refined salt and 0.5 tsp of monosodium glutamate.

Practice ① Cut the winter bamboo shoots into thick slices and pat them loose, and then cut them into pieces 4 cm long and 0.8 cm wide. Put the wok on fire, and when the lard is reduced to 60% heat (about 132℃), fry the winter bamboo shoots until they are light yellow, and remove the oil. Dongsun Tibang Decoction
Materials: pig forepaw 1 piece, winter bamboo shoots 1 piece, ginger, salt, pepper and chives.
Practice 1 Wash the hooves, peel off the clothes of the winter bamboo shoots and put them in the pot for blanching. ② Remove the hooves and winter bamboo shoots, rinse them, remove the pig hair left on the hooves with tweezers, and slice the winter bamboo shoots. ③ Put the hooves, winter bamboo shoots and ginger slices into the pot, add enough water to boil, skim off the floating foam, cover and simmer for 4 hours. 4 When eating, add fresh Coprinus comatus and cook for 5 minutes. Finally, add salt, pepper and chives to taste.
