Fried pork rinds are fried in vegetable oil or animal oil. Fried pork skin can be eaten dry, or soaked and used in cold dishes, soups, or cooked with vegetables. Eating it dry is like puffed food, crispy, while eating soaked and fried pork skin will feel fragrant but not greasy, porous, smooth and full of elasticity.
Materials: pig skin, vegetable oil.
