Pour 28ml of Irish whiskey into a special Irish coffee cup, just to the first line, and put the sugar cubes into the bottom of the cup. Heat the glass with an alcohol lamp, light the whisky, and gently shake the glass for a few seconds to melt the sugar cubes.

Rush into the hot coffee, and the coffee goes to the dedicated second line.

Squeeze in a layer of whipped cream, and the whipped cream spirals upward.
