Tip:
1, If there is phlegm in the throat due to lung heat as a cure, you can hollow out the pear, put the white fungus and the old rock sugar in, and steam for an hour before eating. It is best not to remove the pear skin, and the nutrients will be on it.
2, if you cough, you can add some loquat leaves.
3, rock sugar tremella has a high sugar content and is not suitable for taking before going to bed to prevent blood viscosity from increasing.
