Steps of northeast sorghum rice and water rice

Clean sorghum rice and rice beans (red kidney beans), add water and soak in the refrigerator for one night;

Pour out the soaked water and rinse it again twice;

Put the rice into the boiling pot, add a proper amount of water, cover it, boil it on low heat for about half an hour, leave a little crack in the lid to prevent it from splashing, and cook until the water is almost absorbed, cover it, and turn off the heat for more than ten minutes.
