Ingredients: potato (small) 200g, oil, shallots, cumin powder, salt and pepper, a little sugar.
Exercise:

Braised potatoes
Ingredients: 500g potato, 5g salt, 5g onion, 5g soy sauce, 5g soy sauce.

(1) Boil potatoes with water, rinse them with cold water, peel them and put them in a bowl.

Stewed sparerib with small potatoes
Ingredients: pork chop, potato, salt, rock sugar, onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, cinnamon, dried Chili, cooking wine, soy sauce, fragrant leaves and oil.
Exercise:
(1) After the ribs are rinsed clean, soak them in rice washing water with a little cooking wine to remove blood stains, rinse them again after 20 minutes, and drain the water; Wash and peel small potatoes.

Shenyang small potato
Ingredients: potato, pork belly, green pepper, coriander, soy sauce, star anise, ginger, sliced onion, sugar and oil.
Exercise:
① Soak small potatoes in clear water for15min and wash them; Pork belly is cut into cubes of about 2 cm; Wash pepper and coriander.
2 Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the pot, add star anise, turn to low heat and stir-fry as much as possible, add ginger slices and onion slices and stir-fry.
