Step 1: Prepare spring roll wrappers, red bean paste, oil, and wet starch.
Step 2: Take a piece of spring roll wrapper, put bean paste filling on the lower part of the spring roll wrapper, and code the bean paste filling into the required length and width.
Step 3: Start from the bottom and roll upward.
Step 4: Use a light hand when rolling, otherwise the bean paste filling will squeeze out to both ends of the spring roll wrapper.
Step 5: After rolling the filling, fold the left and right spring roll wrappers toward the middle to seal the openings at both ends.
Step 6: Continue rolling until there is about one centimeter left.
Step 7: Finally, apply some wet starch on the sealing area, seal it and wrap it into a green spring roll.
Step 8: Wrap everything in order.
Step 9: Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
Step 10: Brush the surface of the green spring rolls with a thin layer of oil.
Step 11: Place the green spring rolls into the basket of the air fryer.
Step 12: Push the frying basket into the air fryer, set the temperature to 200 degrees and the time to 10 minutes.
Step 13: After heating for five minutes, take out the frying basket, turn the spring rolls over, brush with another layer of oil and continue to heat for five minutes. Take it out after the frying time is over.
