Braised trotters
Ingredients: trotters
Seasonings: crystal sugar, aniseed, pepper, onion, ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and sesame oil.
Method:

First, cut the trotters in half, blanch them in boiling water, and take them out after discoloration.

Cut the onion, slice the ginger and pat it loose with a knife.

add sesame oil to the wok, heat it, add rock sugar, (generally put about 1 Li of rock sugar in four pig's trotters) and heat it until the rock sugar melts.
4. add pepper, aniseed, add onion ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, add pig's trotters, stir fry, and add water until the pig's trotters are covered.

After boiling, add salt to adjust the taste.

. Heat the pig's trotters with a small fire until they are soft and rotten, and then turn on the fire until the soup is thick.
