Jiangxi Yichun has rich delicacies, including Bao Yuan, Cihua chicken, stir-fried noodles, Fengcheng frozen rice candy, Yifeng pine meat, Yuanzhou mugwort cake, spiced chicken, Zhangshu salted duck, Laobiao local chicken soup and Wanzai braised pork, etc.

Each of these delicacies has its own characteristics. For example, frozen rice candy is a special delicacy in Yichun. Now it has a more elegant name called Jiangnan Xiaoqie, but the locals still like to call it frozen rice candy.
