1. Kneading dough and fermenting.
You can choose bread flour that comes with yeast, which is easier.
In order to increase the taste, you can use warm fresh milk to knead the noodles. If there is no fresh milk, use warm water at about 30℃ to knead the noodles. After the noodles are fermented, wait for them to ferment to two to three times in size.
2. After fermentation, divide the dough into small pieces and shape them according to your preference.
3. Make a few cuts on the dough, and the baked bread will be more shapely and beautiful.
After finishing, let it sit for about ten minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Just start preheating while the bread is being sorted.
The oven is almost preheated, coat the bread with a layer of egg wash, then put it in and bake for about 25 minutes.
5. Take it out after the time is up. To increase the flavor, you can also sprinkle a thin layer of powdered sugar on the bread.
