"buying a house by group purchase", a way of regulating the property market, appears in the notices of provincial capitals, which still attracts people's attention. Prior to this, Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, which is also the capital city, has introduced preferential policies for talent-oriented group buying housing, and Yuhong District, Shenyang, Liaoning Province has launched the first real estate group buying meeting for community workers.

The group buying house, which has been gradually popularized since June, has also gone through the evolution process from orientation to universality, from individual areas to a large scale, from spontaneous organization to official encouragement.
