Method:

〈Ingredients〉: Tremella fungus, wolfberry, sago, rock sugar

〈Steps〉:

1. Soak the white fungus in cold water.

2. Use a food processor to blend the soaked white fungus into a puree.

3. Put the white fungus puree and sago into it. Put it into the pot

4. Pour in boiling water and simmer for 30 minutes

5. Add rock sugar and wolfberry and cook for another 10 minutes
