Egg fry sauce for friends who don't like meat, egg fry sauce is also very fragrant and delicious.
Preparation materials:
Sweet noodle sauce, yellow sauce, eggs, onions, ginger, garlic, dried peppers.
Exercise:
Mix the sweet noodle sauce and yellow sauce evenly according to the ratio of 1: 1, then add one third of the mixed sauce and stir evenly.
Break 3-4 eggs according to your preference for eggs.
Put a little oil in the pot, break the eggs in the pot and fry them, then take them out for later use.
Add a little oil to the pot, stir-fry onion, ginger, garlic and dried Chili until fragrant, and then pour in the prepared sauce. Keep stirring in one direction, and when you see the pot changing from a big bubble to a small bubble, add scrambled eggs.
Add the eggs and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, then serve.
Diced meat fried sauce preparation materials:
Pork belly (seven points thin and three points fat), yellow sauce, sweet noodle sauce, onion, ginger and garlic.
Exercise:
Dice the pork belly, add a little cooking wine, white pepper and salt, grab and marinate for 5- 10 minutes.
Put a little oil in the pot, add an star anise, first add the diced fat meat, stir-fry until brown, then add the diced lean meat, and add the onion, ginger and garlic when it is ripe, stir-fry for about one minute.
Add the sauce mixed with yellow sauce and sweet noodle sauce, stir-fry for one minute, then turn to low heat, and add a few crystal sugar after the big bubbles become smaller. Add chopped green garlic before cooking.
Then cook noodles, mix with your favorite noodles, shredded water radish, chopped celery, bean sprouts, shredded carrots, shredded cucumbers and so on, and you can eat.
